On the edge of the Westmount district. 21rst floor with balcony offering panoramic view of downtown, St-Lawrence river and South Shore. Closeby Concordia University, Lasalle College, Dawson College, McGill University, Alexis Nihon Plaza, Eaton Center, General Hospital, Children's Hospital, Canadian Center for Architecture (CCA), Museum of Fine Arts. Small convenience grocery store at the foot of the building. Nearby bigger grocery stores and boutiques, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, launderettes, Gym clubs etc
Spacious 40 square meters
furnished studio (approx 440 square feet) High speed internet access,
cable TV, DVD player, HiFi system with radio, CD, cassettes players. Phone
and personalized answering machine. The apartment has a balcony with south-east
orientation. This
furnished apartment is equiped with a comfortable double mural bed . During
the day, closing the bed offers more space and the accommodation can act
as an office. A comfortable double futon sleeps more people.
Fully
equiped kitchenette : refrigerator, stove with 4 electric elements and
oven, micro-waves, coffee maker, toaster, electric can-opener, plus kitchen
accessories, plates and utensils needed. Big table for 4. Bathroom with bath and shower.
Towels provided. Hair dryer. Iron and ironing board. On
the 22nd floor, one floor up, inside heated pool and launderette with
public clothes washers ($) and dryers($). RATES This
Montreal apartment offers rates in canadian dollars and the rent includes
everything : charges, electricity, air-conditioning or heating, bed linen,
towels, telephone, internet connection. The rent is based on dates, number
of people and length of stay. Rental for my studio is possible any time
of the year. Made-to-measure rental arrangements and prices can be requested
by calling or emailing. studio-montreal.ca offers monthly rates usually
varying 
from $1350 to $1650 per month

PROCEDURES - CONDITIONS
To
make a reservation, please send to studio-montreal.ca the following informations
: name for the rental contract, address, postal code, phone, fax etc.
We will eventually need information about your arrival in Montréal : airline,
flight number, time of landing.
A deposit of $300 is requested to confirm reservation. The final payment
is due one month before the stay or cash at check-in. Payments are made
by bank transfers or Western Union in canadian dollars. Payments made
are non refundable.
Checking-in you will be requested $300 cad/usd or 250 euros security deposit
(This guarentees eventual damages made to the accommodation by clients).
This caution is given back to you when you leave if the apartment is left
in good condition.
The final cleaning fees are $65 cad. But we do not charge you anything
if you take care yourself of the final cleaning" even then we deal
ourselves with the bed linen and towels cleaning)
- INTERNET ACCESS (cable) maximum bandwidth of 4GB per month - 1GB per week
- TELEPHONE : unlimited local calls. Phone card needed for long distance calls
- BUILDING : my studio is located in a building offering individual studios and apartments for long term stays. Our clients are expected to usethe accommodation in a quiet and respectful way.
